THE CREATION |
1. In the very beginning, God made Himself a world, Yes, a world full of wonderful things. On the first day of creation, God made Himself some light, Light to shine brightly, O'er a world full of wonderful things. 2. On the second day of creation, the sky took its form, Sky in the heaven, Light to shine brightly, And a world full of wonderful things. 3. On the third day of creation, the land was put in place, Land for producing, Sky in the heaven, Light to shine brightly, And a world full of wonderful things. 4. On the third day of creation, the land began to bloom, Grass, trees, and flowers, Land for producing, Sky in the heaven, Light to shine brightly, And a world full of wonderful things. 5. On the fourth day of creation, came seasons, days and years, God made the seasons, Grass, trees and flowers, Land for producing, Sky in the heaven, Light to shine brightly, And a world full of wonderful things. 6. On the fifth day of creation, The fish and birds were made, Fish to go swimming, birds to go flying, Grass, trees and flowers, Land for producing, Sky in the heaven, Light to shine brightly, And a world full of wonderful things. 7. On the sixth day of creation, The animals were made; Adam was also made-- man was to name them, God made the seasons, birds to go flying, Land for producing, Sky in the heaven, Light to shine brightly, And a world full of wonderful things. |
